TORONTO, ON – The Toronto location of the Granite Brewery will be marking St. Patrick’s Day in a big way this year, as it presents the Black Gold Stout Series featuring six unique flavoured stouts.
On Saturday, casks of Chocolate Orange Stout and Vanilla Stout will be tapped in the Granite’s tied house restaurant, as well as two kegs chosen from the available Chocolate Stout, Coffee Stout, Chocolate Chili Stout and Maple Stout. The two remaining kegs will be swapped in as each of the first two run out. All six beers were based on the same batch of Granite’s Keefe’s Irish Stout, with flavouring added after the primary fermentation.
In addition to the stouts, the regular Granite beer line-up will be available, and Saturday will feature live music by Fiddler’s Green and Irish food specials.
