Winning Beers Announced for Best of Beau’s Mixed Pack

VANKLEEK HILL, ONBeau’s All-Natural Brewing has announced the four beers that took the top spots in the recent “Best of Beau’s” voting competition, and which will be featured in the brewery’s first ever mixed pack to be released later this year.

Garnering the most votes was Screamin’ Beaver Oak-Aged Double IPA, an amped-up, dry-hopped and oak-aged version of Beau’s spring seasonal Beaver River I.P.Eh?.

The next three spots were won by Belgian Pale Ale, the first beer in Beau’s Farm Table Series of low ABV session beers; Patio Saison, a limited release from earlier this year that celebrated the beginning of warm summer weather; and Matt’s Sleepy Time Belgian Imperial Stout, a strong stout made with Belgian yeast and aged on oak which was the first beer to be released in the Wild Oats Series of experimental one-offs.

New batches of all four beers will be brewed in coming months, and the Best of Beau’s 2012 mixed pack will be released in November for the holiday season. It will be limited to 10,000 packs containing four 600 ml bottles, and will available at select LCBO outlets throughout the province and the Beau’s retail store & delivery service, with an expected retail price of $24.
