OTTAWA, ON – The rapidly growing craft beer scene in Ottawa and the surrounding Capital Region will soon have another active player, as Beyond The Pale Brewing will be opening this fall in the city’s Hintonburg neighbourhood.
Owned by partners Rob McIsaac, Al Clark and Shane Clark – the latter pair a father-and-son team – Beyond The Pale will have an ambitious launch with four inaugural brands: Rye Guy IPA, Imperial Super Guy IIPA, The Darkness oatmeal stout, and a yet to be named grapefruit wheat beer. A further dozen or more limited release beers are planned to follow throughout the brewery’s first year.
Beyond The Pale beers will be available for sale at the brewery in 32 oz and 64 oz growlers, with some special releases in 22 oz bomber bottles, as well as on tap and cask at select bars and restaurants in Ottawa.
More details on the brewery’s plans and estimated opening date will be announced on the BTP website and Twitter feed as they become available.
