McAuslan Partners with Chef Martin Picard on St-Ambroise Érable

MONTREAL, QCMcAuslan Brewery has announced the release of a seasonal beer created in collaboration with a new television show from one of Quebec’s most prominent chefs.

St-Ambroise Érable is a maple beer created by McAuslan to mark this week’s premiere of Un Chef à la Cabane, an new Télé-Québec series featuring chef Martin Picard of Montreal’s Au Pied de Cochon and rural off-shoot Cabane a Sucre.

Brewing using “the finest hops, crystal malt, roasted barley and real maple syrup from Quebec,” St-Ambroise Érable is currently available in Quebec as part of the La Grande Selection, a mixed 12-pack that also includes bottles of St-Ambroise Pale Ale, St-Ambroise Apricot Ale and Griffon Extra Pale Ale. It will also be available on draught at select locations in Quebec and Ontario.
