TORONTO, ON – With their first anniversary just a couple of days away, Bellwoods Brewery has revealed a new look for their bottled line-up, and announced the name of the beer that will soon be released to mark the milestone.
The new labels are designed by brothers Andrew & Matt McCracken of Doublenaut, and will initially replace the generic Bellwoods logo label on bottles of Witchshark Double IPA, Roman Candle IPA, and the new Wizard Wolf Session Ale in the Bellwoods retail store.
Doublenaut-designed labels will appear on other Bellwoods bottles in coming weeks and months, including Hellwoods Imperial Stout and special anniversary beer Motley Crü. The style of the latter beer has yet to be announced.
The Bellwoods retail store at 126 Ossington Ave. in Toronto – one door north of the original Bellwoods brewery and pub – is open from 12:00 noon to 11:00 PM on Monday to Saturday, and 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM on Sundays. Brand availability varies from day to day, with the stock list on the Bellwoods website updated on a regular basis.
