EMBRUN, ON – Ontario Beverage Network reports that Brasserie Étienne Brûlé has opened in the primarily Francophone town of Embrun in Eastern Ontario.
Partners Mathieu Jérôme, Pierre-André Roy and Richard Ménard launched the brewery and tasting room earlier this month at 893 Notre Dame St. in Embrun, with brands including 5w30 Stout (5.9% abv), Vagabond Blonde (4.3% abv), and Citrale Pale Ale (8.1% abv) available by the glass and in 355 ml stubby bottles to go.
Brasserie Étienne Brûlé is open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM Friday to Sunday. For more details, see the brewery’s Facebook page.
