For this special edition of the Canadian Beer News Dinner Series, we will be partnering with The Depanneur – “a place where interesting food things happen” – to present an installment of The Rusholme Park Supper Club, a series of family style dinner parties prepared and hosted by guest chefs.
For this unique dinner, we’ve assisted chef Kendra Simmonds in selecting and obtaining several Ontario craft beers – as well as a BC craft cider – to pair with a four course dinner that will also feature the selected beers as ingredients in the dishes.
This dinner is limited to 20 guests and is already sold out – but there is talk of doing another in the future, so stay tuned…
