ABOUT THE EVENT PARTNERS
Opened in June 2012, Milos’ Craft Beer Emporium (or Pub Milos for short) has quickly established itself as THE craft beer place in London, Ontario. With 23 rotating draughts and one cask engine, it offers beer lovers chance to sample many of great Ontario craft beers, as well as selections from elsewhere in Canada and around the world. In the words of owner Milos Kral: “We want to showcase Ontario craft beers and provide a chance to sample some of the harder to find bottles from everywhere else. This is the most exciting time to drink beer in Ontario and we need to support our local brewers so it can get even better.”
Founded by TAPS Magazine publisher Rob Engman and brewmaster Sam Corbeil, Sawdust City Brewing Co. was launched in late 2011. Initially brewing out of the Niagara College Teaching Brewery, and more recently at Black Oak Brewing, Sawdust City has 5 core brands – Gateway Kolsch, Ol’ Woody Alt, Lone Pine IPA, Golden Beach Pale Wheat and Skinny Dipping Stout – as well as a number of fun & whimsical seasonals such as Long, Dark Voyage to Uranus Uranal Imperial Stout and The Princess Wears Girl Pants Belgian Golden Ale, which you can find sprinkled throughout the year. With a brand spankin’ new Canadian-made DME brew house set to open at a permanent location in Gravenhurst this Spring, Sawdust City is hoping that The Dust Will Fly in 2013!
