NIAGARA FALLS, ON – Brewmaster Ian Watson at Niagara’s Best Brewery & Pub has just tapped the latest in his Brewer’s Special series of limited run beers, Niagara’s Best Pumpkin Ale.
As documented on his blog, the first batch of the beer was brewed on September 23rd using Small Sugar pumpkins and a mixture of 5 spices – cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and allspice. This is the batch that is on tap now, and it will be followed by a second batch brewed last week using a different strain of pumpkin called Mystic Plus.
Niagara’s Best Pumpkin Ale is available exclusively at the brewpub in Niagara Falls.
