ST. JOHN, NB – Moosehead Brewery is set to release Moosehead Cask Ale this week, making it the largest Canadian brewery in modern times to release a cask-conditioned ale.
Crafted by Mark Dobson, a brewer at Moosehead who previously worked for 16 years at Tetley Brewery in the UK, Moosehead Cask Ale is described in a Telegraph-Journal article as “deep-flavoured, hoppy, bitter and creamy.”
Following an invitation-only preview tasting at the brewery last week, Moosehead Cask Ale will be officially launched this coming Thursday, October 14th at the Saint John Ale House, where it will be available exclusively for now.
