TORONTO, ON – The second full-scale brew from Cheshire Valley Brewing was released last week with a launch event at Burger Bar in Toronto’s Kensington Market.
Cheshire Valley English Mild is described by brewmaster Paul Dickey as follows:
This product is 3.7% abv with medium bitterness supported by chocolate and roasted malt flavours. The hop flavour is light but balanced by chocolate malt sweetness. This beer is excellent by itself, however it also goes well with cheese. A great Session Ale.
Cheshire Valley English Mild is available now on tap at various bars and restaurants in Toronto and area. It will be followed by a Robust Porter in January, a Dry Stout in March and an IPA in May.
