VICTORIA, BC – Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub has announced plans to release two holiday beers later this month.
Arriving first on December 15th will be Spinnakers Festive Saison, a 5.5% traditional saison that will feature “earthy yeast tones, mild to moderate tartness. Lots of spice and with a medium bitterness.”
Following on December 22nd is Spinnakers Happy New Beer, a 4.5% Belgian style Witbier that is “brewed with malted wheat & barley from the Saanich Peninsula, Saanich grown coriander and Silk Road Tea’s Chamomile tea.”
Both beers will be available on tap at the Brewpub, and in 650 ml bottles at select private liquor stores in and around Victoria.
