PRINCE GEORGE, BC – As we originally reported last month, Cariboo Brewing – a subsidiary of Pacific Western Brewing – is adding Cariboo Cream Ale to their line-up, and they’ve just announced that it will in stores starting this week.
From the press release:
Cariboo Cream Ale has 5.5% alcohol and is brewed with an authentic ale yeast specially selected to give it a distinct creamy note. Specialty roasted malts add colour and flavour the the ale which can be enjoyed all year round on its own or with spicy Asian foods or pork dishes. Like all Cariboo beers, it’s best served with friends and a touch of irreverence.
Cariboo Cream Ale will be available at select government liquor stores and private beer and wine stores throughout BC for $7.99 per 6 pack of 355 ml cans. To officially mark the release, there will be a launch party this coming Friday January 14th from 4pm to 7pm at Legacy Liquor Store in Vancouver’s Olympic Village.
