TORONTO, ON – Black Creek Historic Brewery, the recreation of an 1860s brewery on the grounds of Black Creek Pioneer Village, has announced the release of Black Creek Pale Ale in bottles.
Brewed and bottled at an off-site brewing facility using a scaled up version of the recipe developed at the small Black Creek brewhouse, Black Creek Pale Ale is described by brewmaster Ed Koren as “a deep golden Pale Ale with a sweet malty flavour,” and “aggressively hopped with four varieties of American hops, it has a refreshing piney, citrusy aroma.”
Black Creek Pale Ale is available now at select LCBO outlets, selling for $3.55 per 500 ml bottle.
On a related note, Black Creek Porter, the first Black Creek beer to be released in bottles, will be out of production until the fall, so bottles currently in the system will be the last to be seen until then.
