VANCOUVER, BC – Granville Island Brewery has announced the release of this year’s edition of Lions Winter Ale, and for the first time, it’s been made available in cans as well as bottles.
The annual favourite is described by the brewery as follows:
Our Lions Winter Ale combines premium malt with aromatic specialty hops. The vanilla-like finish of this robust ale is a great excuse to get out of the cold and enjoy BC’s favourite winter beer made from the finest natural ingredients.
In addition to being available on its own, Lions Winter Ale is also featured in both the bottle and can versions of this year’s Granville Island Winter Mingler mixed 12-pack alongside year-round Granville Island brands Island Lager, Gastown Amber Ale and English Bay Pale Ale.
