CALGARY, AB – Wild Rose Brewery has released a Belgian Style Dubbel as a new beer in their rotating seasonal line-up.
The 7.3% ale is described by the brewery as follows:
Brewed using the best Alberta-grown malted barley as a base, Wild Rose Belgian Style Dubbel is enhanced with a blend of three specialty malts that provide sweet notes of raisin and plum. On the tongue it is rich and malty with a nice balance of clove-like spice from the Belgian yeast used in fermentation. Full of flavour, this beer is deceptively light on the palate.
Wild Rose Belgian Style Dubbel is available now on draught in the Wild Rose Taproom and select bars. It will also be released in 650 ml bottles at select liquor stores in Alberta on January 12th.
