ST. THOMAS, ON – Railway City Brewing has announced that spring seasonal beer Railway City Sham-Bock will be returning this week in a second annual edition.
A 6.8% German style bock brewed with local maple syrup and named in honour of St. Patrick’s Day, this year’s batch of Sham-Bock will be officially launched at the March edition of Railway City’s monthly Thursday Night Sessions event.
Taking place at the brewery on the evening of Thursday March 1st, the launch event will feature tastings of Sham-Bock and other Railway City beers, as well as an Irish stew made with Sham-Bock, and bread made using spent grains from the brewery. Railway City Sham-Bock is limited to an edition of 1000 bottles available exclusively at the Railway City brewery store.
