SASKATOON, SK – Paddock Wood Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition – and labour intensive – Belgian-style ale.
Sine Nomine (Latin for “Without a Name”) is an 8% abv strong ale brewed and bottled in a Champagne-style process. It’s described by brewmaster Steve Cavan as being “very light and highly carbonated with delicate spiciness and fruitiness from the Belgian yeast. We also used clover flower extract which is made locally to both lighten the body and give a floral aromatic nuance.”
Sine Nomine is available exclusively at the Paddock Wood brewery store in a limited edition of 1200 750 ml bottles that took three brewery staff two full days to package and label. It is selling for $18 per bottle while supplies last.
