EDMONTON, AB – Alley Kat Brewing has announced the launch of Saison d’Être Farmhouse Ale, the next installment in their “Big Bottle” series of limited edition beers.
The new beer is described as “the perfect brew to welcome the warmer weather. It is a refreshingly tart summer quaff with notes of citrus and pepper.”
Saison d’Être will be officially released with an open house at the brewery today (Thursday May 10th) from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, featuring samples of Saison d’Être and other Alley Kat beers, along with snacks and tours of the brewery. The event will also be a celebration of Alley Kat’s 18th birthday.
Following the launch event, Saison d’Être will be available in 650 ml bottles at select liquor stores in Alberta, as well as at the Alley Kat brewery store.
