TORONTO, ON – Craft beer agency Keep6 Imports and modern sausage & beer hall WVRST are teaming up this weekend to present an afternoon sampling event with Quebec’s Micro-Brasserie Le Trou Du Diable.
Running from 2:00 to 5:00 PM on Saturday June 2nd at WVRST (609 King St. W., Toronto), the free admission event will feature brewery owner Isaac Tremblay and brewmaster Andre Trudel presenting nine Trou Du Diable beers in bottles, including Shawinigan Handshake Hopfenweiss (named for the infamous 1996 incident involving former Prime Minister Jean Chrétien), and the Ontario debut of Schieve Tabarnak, a collaboration brew with Belgium’s Brasserie De La Senne. Also available on tap will be Fous Alliés Mango Saison, a recently released collaboration with Beau’s All Natural Brewing.
On the food front, Wvrst will be offering their full menu of 21 different gourmet sausages and Belgian-style fries with house-made dipping sauces.
