VANCOUVER, BC – Granville Island Brewing has announced the launch of Cascadian Dark Ale, a new addition to their rotation of limited edition seasonal releases.
In the press release about the 6.0% abv strong ale, brewmaster Vern Lambourne says the following:
Cascadian Dark Ale is made with premium ingredients like Falconer’s Flight, a blend of high-quality Pacific Northwest hops. It balances out the dark roasted malts in this ale, resulting in a caramel malt flavour with hints of mocha, citrus peel and pine. It’s especially great after a day spent conquering the Chief or hiking through Garibaldi Provincial Park.
Granville Island Cascadian Dark Ale is available now at the brewery taproom and BC Liquor Stores in 650 ml bottles for $5.50, as well as on draught at select pubs and restaurants in Vancouver.
