VICTORIA, BC – Following on last year’s Phillips 10 anniversary brew, Phillips Brewing has released another big beer to celebrate 11 years of business.
Pandamonium: The 11th Hour is a limited edition double IPA that literally turns things up to 11:
Brewed to 11%, we loaded hops into the pre-boil, and then added more hops every 11 minutes over a 111 minute boil for a grand total of 11 hop additions (plus a dry hop). Hopquakes like this don’t come around very often and we only turn 11 once, so enjoy this brewtiful beast while you can!
Phillips Pandamonium is available now in 650 ml bottles at the Phillips retail store and select liquor stores in BC.
