TORONTO, ON – The Toronto location of The 3 Brewers brewpub chain is releasing a special one-off beer to mark Toronto Beer Week.
Eat My Schwarz is described as follows:
Made especially for Toronto Beer Week, the black lager Eat My Schwarz has a mellow malt flavour with gentle notes of nuts, chocolate and coffee. Our schwarzbier is easy to drink, yet dark and full of character.
Eat My Schwarz will be debuted today at a special tasting event running from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. For $15, attendees will receive samples of five 3 Brewers beers – including the new schwarzbier – as well as food, a Q & A session with the brewers, and guided tours of the brewery.
