Cask Days 2012 Beer List and Food Program Announced

TORONTO, ON – The full list of beers to be available at the upcoming Cask Days 2012 festival has been announced, with the number of brands and breweries represented once again increasing from past years.

In total, more than 100 different beers will be available over the course of the three 5-hour sessions taking place on the weekend of October 27th and 28th at Evergreen Brickworks in Toronto. These beers will come from more than 70 breweries from Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

Special spotlight sections include a Brewery Feature on Quebec’s Le Trou Du Diable; a selection of Harvest and Pumpkin Ales presented in partnership with the Brewer’s Backyard; and an Art of Collaboration area with beers  co-created by two or more breweries.

Also recently announced were details of the food that will be available at Cask Days. Curated by chef Guy Rawlings, the food program will include a separately ticketed Breakfast With The Brewers on Saturday morning, with providers including Rawlings, Mary Margaret Wood from Jamie Kennedy Kitchens, Hogtown Charcuterie, 100km Foods, Ali’s Bread, 23 Degrees Roastery and The Green Grind; and food stations during the main sessions featuring Grand Electric, Chocosol and more TBA.
