PICTON, ON – Barley Days Brewery has announced the return of County IPA, a fall seasonal that was first released in 2010.
Details from the announcement:
For this beer, we take advantage of hops grown right here, in Prince Edward County. This IPA had hops added 5 times during the brewing process to make it bitter and super hoppy. And if you’re wondering, yes, we dry hoped it too. We’ve used a blend of five different hops, four of them fresh and local. This brew is very aromatic with a highly fruity and floral aroma. Its subtle malt sweetness is balanced by the hop aroma and bitterness.
Barley Days County IPA is available now at the brewery store and in select pubs while supplies last.
