TORONTO, ON – Following the August release of Cardigan Autumn Spiced Lager as the first seasonal release in the Rickard’s portfolio, Molson Coors Canada has announced details for the second beer in the series.
Oakhouse Winter Lager is described as follows:
Specially aged with lightly toasted oak, we’ve carefully crafted this festive seasonal to capture the warmth of an old, iron-stove Oakhouse. With subtle hints of vanilla and a deep amber hue, this rich winter lager is ideal alongside succulent stew or piping hot roast. All you need now is plenty of firewood. And matches.
Rickard’s Oakhouse Winter Lager is available now in British Columbia and the Prairie provinces, and will be rolling out in the rest of the country over the next few weeks. Format availability and pricing will vary based on province.
It’s also already available at some New Brunswick locations as well.
With luck they will do a better job of distributing this one than they did with Cardigan – lots of billboards but no supply at The Beer Store, the LCBO or the pubs.
Distribution is no better than it was with the cardigan none of the beer stores in Richmond Hill On. have niether does the LCBO would love to try both but can’t find them
They discontinued it in Ontario LCBO locations :(
Best beer I’ve ever had…..
