CAMPBELLFORD, ON – Church-Key Brewing has announced the release of the latest in the Heavyweight Series of strong beers, Holy Cow Chocolate Milk Stout.
Church-Key owner and brewer John Graham describes the beer:
Holy Cow was brewed using lactose and chocolate nibs in the kettle. It is medium hopped, and has a great roast coffee and chocolate notes. The lactose gives it some mouth feel and a bit of sweetness to counter all of the roast character
Church Key Holy Cow is expected to be released tomorrow (Friday November 23rd). It will be available exclusively via the brewery, where it will be sold in 650 ml bottles.
