GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery has announced details of an expansion that will greatly increase production capacity.
Four new 140 hectolitre tanks were recently installed at the brewery, and as they go into operation, brewing capacity at Wellington will increase approximately 35%, and will allow for 24/7 brewing to take place in the facility.
“We’re looking forward to an exciting year as we continue to expand our operations while maintaining our focus on producing consistent, high-quality craft beers,” said Brent Davies, Vice-President of Wellington Brewery, in a statement.
