BAYSVILLE, ON – Lake of Bays Brewing will be officially launching their newest seasonal beer this weekend.
Spring Maple Belgian Blonde Ale is described as follows:
Celebrating the early Spring flowing of sap in Ontario’s maple trees, the 7% ABV ale is brewed with Belgian yeast, sweet malt, Noble hops and Ontario maple syrup. Notes of maple, hazelnut, vanilla and caramel compliment the amber hue, alongside aromas of cherry and spice. Caramelized apples and nutmeg are apparent in the finish.
Spring Maple has been previewed at several licensed establishments in the past couple of weeks, and will be available in 750 ml bottles and on tap at the brewery starting this Saturday. It will also be released soon at select LCBO locations throughout Ontario, and will remain available until April, when it will be replaced by a new summer seasonal.
