TORONTO, ON – The full menu including vegetarian options and beer pairings has been revealed for the next event in the Canadian Beer News Dinner Series, taking place on Thursday February 14th at Bar Hop (391 King Street West, Toronto).
Created by chef Tim Steele and integrating six beers from the Great Lakes Brewery line-up – including the brand new 25th Anniversary Bourbon Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout – the menu includes four courses as well as reception nibbles, a pre-dinner amuse-bouche, and post-dinner mignardises.
