WINNIPEG, MB – Half Pints Brewing has announced the release of Le Temps Noir, a new limited edition barrel-aged imperial stout.
Coming in at 9.6% abv and 65 IBU, Le Temps Noir was aged for 8 months in a mix of Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hills bourbon barrels before being packaged.
Le Temps Noir will go on sale in 650 ml bottles at the Half Pints retail store this Saturday February 16th. Retail sales and tastings will be available between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, followed by a brewery tour.
Subsequent to the brewery release, bottles be available at select MLCC LiquorMarts in Manitoba and select private liquor stores in Alberta. A limited number of kegs have also been set aside and will be available on tap at several licensed locations to be announced.
