SURREY, BC – Central City Brewing has announced an new addition to its Red Racer line-up.
Red Racer Pilsner is described as follows:
Red Racer Pilsner is brewed in the classic Bavarian tradition, using only the finest two-row barley, and hops from the Hallertau region of Germany. This light and golden Pilsner has a distinct hop aroma and flavour, with a dry, crisp finish.
Red Racer Pilsner will be released soon in 6 packs of cans, on draught, and in the Central City Summer Sampler 12 pack.
Are you sure this is called Red Racer Pilsner and not Red Betty Pilsner? Won’t that break the legal stuff with Bear Republic.
Mike – as the can image shows, it’s going to be called Red Racer Pilsner. Central City is still using the Red Racer name in Canada, it’s only in the US where they’ve started using Red Betty.
