GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced details of a series of events and beer releases that will keep them busy throughout the month of May.
Fir the first event of the month, 13 of the 39 taps at Toronto beer bar C’est What will handed over to the brewery next Tuesday May 7th for a “kinda sorta tap takeover”. In addition to flagship Sawdust City brands like Gateway Kolsch and Ol’ Woody Alt, the evening will also feature some rare and one-off beers including Topenga’s Forbidden Fruit (Belgian IPA aged on mangoes), CCCP: The Peoples Porter (“Charred Chai Cranberry Porter”), and Four Barrels Barley Wine (collaboration with Amsterdam, Great Lakes & Indie Ale House that has been aged in Ontario oak barrels).
Later next week, Sawdust City will be one of the featured breweries at the North American Craft Beer Experience on May 9th. And later in the month, the brewery will be holding casual tasting events at Castro’s in Toronto on May 23rd and Lake Affect in Port Credit on May 24th, where spring/summer seasonals The Princess Wears Girlpants and Golden Beach Pale Wheat Ale will be launched for the year.
