CALGARY, AB – Big Rock Brewery has announced the release of the latest installment in the Brewmaster’s Edition series of specialty beers.
Rosmarinus Aromatic Ale was inspired by Big Rock Brewmaster Paul Gautreau’s “suspicion that bitter, aromatic rosemary would make a flavourful partner to all-natural pale ale.” The resulting beer is described as follows:
Rosemary is a powerful, ancient herb that will take your senses to the next level. It adds a wonderful nose and vibrant flavor to our latest brew. The hop bitterness of this beer is almost negligible due to the comforting flavor and fragrance of this ancient herb. The upfront slight malt body is complimented by fresh fragrant rosemary, making for a delicious innovative beer.
