VANKLEEK HILL, ONBeau’s All-Natural Brewing has announced details of the next installment in the Pro-Am Series of beer created in collaboration with award-winning home brewers.

Rudolphus VI is a Belgian IPA developed with Joey Kilbride, winner of the Best of Show Award in the Homebrewing Competition held during last year’s National Capital Craft Beer Week in Ottawa. It’s described as follows:

A Belgian ale featuring intense tropical fruit notes from generous late-addition hopping and spicy character derived from fermentation with Belgian ale yeast. The bitterness is apparent but balanced by the fruity hops and spicy notes provided by the yeast.

Rudolphus VI will be released this Thursday May 30th, and will be available in bottles at the Beau’s retail store and BYBO delivery service, and on draught at select pubs and restaurants in Ontario.
