CAMPBELLFORD, ON – Church-Key Brewing has announced the release this week of a new limited edition beer.
Church Key White IPA is described as follows:
Our White IPA is a beer that mixes the hop-character and brewing techniques of an India Pale Ale with the wheat base of the refreshing Belgian wit beer. We have assembled an unlikely team of hops including Peterborough grown Zeus, New Zealand grown Mouteka and Rudi, and German grown Opal. This unique blend of fruit forward hops give the White Ipa complexity and subtle bitterness that plays beautifully with the spicy Belgian yeast character.
Church Key White IPA will be released tomorrow (June 11th) at the brewery store in a limited run of 650 ml bottles.
