RIDGEWAY, ON – After many months of work, planning and paperwork, partners Jason Pizzicarola and Rod Daigle have announced that their Brimstone Brewing project has received the final approval to allow sales to commence, and the first beer from the new nanobrewery will be available at a community event this coming weekend.
Brimstone will debut Field Drummer’s Ration – “a lightly carbonated historic ale” – on July 6th and 7th at RidgeFest, an annual summer festival in the historic village of Ridgeway where the brewery is located.
Further distribution plans for Brimstone beers have yet to be announced, but the brewery does intend to have growler sales in coming weeks, as well as a tasting bar for on-site samples.
