TORONTO, ON – Canadian Beer News is pleased to announce its participation next month in the debut Toronto screening of Beer Hunter: The Story of Michael Jackson, a new documentary on the life of the late and legendary beer & spirits writer.
Taking place on Thursday September 19th in partnership with The Rhino (1249 Queen St. W., Toronto) and Toronto Beer Week, the event will include an introduction by Stephen Beaumont, who will discuss Michael’s contribution to beginning a renaissance of interest in beer.
Attendees will also be able to enjoy two commemorative cask ales prepared especially for the evening by Cheshire Valley Brewing and Great Lakes Brewery.
Tickets for the Toronto screening of Beer Hunter are available now for $20, which includes admission to the film, glasses of the two commemorative beers, and light appetizers. Event proceeds will be donated to Parkinson’s research.
