THUNDER BAY, ON – Sleeping Giant Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition beer named after the brewer that developed it.
Angus’ Own APA is an 5.5% abv pale ale designed and brewed by Angus Reid, a student of the Niagara College Brewing program who joined Sleeping Giant as an assistant brewer earlier this year. The beer is described as follows:
This American Pale Ale is a hoppy beer, with a balancing malt character. Clean and refreshing, this medium-bodied ale fermented with neutral, American ale yeast, pours light amber in colour with white, lacy foam and presents subtle caramel malt, smooth hop bitterness and citrus and pine hop flavours.
Angus’ Own APA will be available for samples and growler fills at Sleeping Giant starting this weekend while supplies last.
