FERNIE, BC – Fernie Brewing has announced the return of Black Mammoth Winter Ale, a seasonal beer first released last year as part of the brewery’s 10th anniversary celebrations.
Now back for another winter, Black Mammoth is described as follows:
Our most decadent brew yet – a rich, strong winter black ale. A healthy addition of chocolate malt, plus infusions of dark organic cocoa and curacao orange peel provide unique flavour. Extra aging on oak adds smoothness and complexity.
Black Mammoth Winter Ale will be released next week in a limited run of 650 ml bottles available at stores in BC and Alberta, as well as on tap at select bars and pubs.
