VICTORIA, BC – Craft Beer Revolution: The Insider’s Guide to B.C. Breweries, the debut book from Victoria-based beer writer and columnist Joe Wiebe, has been named the Best English Beer Book in Canada by the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
Founded in 1995 by Edouard Cointreau, the Awards are an annual competition described as having “the objective of increasing knowledge of food and drink culture around the world.”
With its selection as the top English-language Canadian beer book for this year, Craft Beer Revolution is now a finalist for the Best Beer Book in the World, one of the many categories that will be honoured during the 2014 edition of the Awards taking place in Beijing, China next May.
