GANANOQUE, ON – Gananoque Brewing has announced the addition of a new beer to its year-round selection, replacing another that has been discontinued.
Taking the place of the now retired Train Wreck Strong Ale is Bell Ringer IPA, a 6.5% abv ale described as follows:
Bell Ringer IPA is a west coast-style IPA: hoppy, unfiltered, unpasteurized and raw. Made with Cascade, Chinook and Centennial hops, with an IBU in the low 60s.
Bell Ringer IPA will be officially released in January, and will be available on tap at select bars in Gananoque, Kingston and Toronto.
Shame that – I was very fond of Train Wreck, though I am looking forward to tasting the Bell Ringer.
Total acetone bomb. Invest in some glycol.
