FREDERICTON, NB – Nine months after plans for its opening were first announced, Fredericton-based craft cider company Red Rover Brewing will be officially launching tomorrow (Thursday February 13th), according to a report on Atlantic Canada Beer Blog.
Founded by cider-loving British ex-pats Adam Clawson and Nicola Mason, Red Rover will be debuting with two ciders that are simply called Spring Brew and Summer Brew, with Fall Brew and a yet-to-be-named fourth specialty cider to follow in coming weeks.
Sales of the two initial brands will start at 4:00 PM at The Ciderhouse, Red Rover’s retail outlet at 880 Hanwell Road, Suite 305 in Fredericton. The cider will be sold in 1 litre “flagons” – aka swing-top growlers – which are priced at $6.50 for an empty flagon, and $12 per fill.
