PICTON, ON – Barley Days Brewery has announced the release of a unique beer that combines elements of an ale and a lager, while being fermented with a yeast strain that generally isn’t used for either style.
Sacred Mule Sparkling Ale is a 4.6% abv golden beer that is described as follows:
A czech pilsner with sparkling wine yeast used for fermentation. A great example of how yeast can influence flavour. A crisp, refreshing beer with tropical citrus notes and a subtle honey sweetness.
Sacred Mule is available now on draught and in 341 ml bottles, available exclusively at the brewery and select bars and pubs in Ontario,
