VICTORIA, BC – Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub has announced the upcoming return of an early spring seasonal that pays tribute to an historic Victoria landmark located just across the street from the brewery.
Roundhouse Irish Red Ale is named after the Roundhouse at Bayview Place, a former Canadian Pacific Railway roundhouse that turned 100 years old last year. The 4.8% abv beer is described as having “a smooth malty body and lightly hopped character typical to the Irish Red Ale style.”
Spinnakers Roundhouse Irish Red will be released next week on draught at the brewpub, and in 650 ml bottles for take-home sales.
