TORONTO, ON – Molson Coors, the large North American brewing company co-headquartered in Montreal and Denver, has been announced as the exclusive beer and cider supplier for the Toronto 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games.
Taking place in the summer of 2015, the Pan Am Games (July 10th to 26th) and Parapan Am Games (August 7th to 15th) will feature athletes from countries in North, Central and South America competing in a variety of summer sporting events in Toronto and other locations in Southern Ontario.
In a press release announcing the partnership, Stewart Glendinning, president and CEO of Molson Coors Canada, says: “We are thrilled to be the official beer sponsor for the Pan Am/Parapan Am Games in Toronto in 2015. Beer and sports have always had a natural partnership and while we can’t deliver enough red fridges to meet the demand, we can promise that we won’t run out of your favourite Molson Coors beers.”
Molson Coors was also an official partner of Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, and sponsors many other sporting events, teams and leagues throughout Canada.
