MONTREAL, QC – McAuslan Brewery has announced an expansion to its core St-Ambroise line-up, with a new brand set to launch next week.
St-Ambroise Rousse is a 5% abv and 27 IBU red ale that is described as follows:
St-Ambroise Rousse has a strong malt character with a good caramel base with chocolate and toasty overtones. Cascade hops provide flavour and a mild citrus aroma.
St-Ambroise Rousse will be released next Monday March 17th in Quebec, where it will be available in six packs of 341 ml bottles, single 473 ml cans, and on draught. Expansion into other provinces, where it will be distributed under the name St-Ambroise Red Ale, is expected to follow later this year.
