WATERLOO, ON – The Waterloo Region Record reports that a new brewery will soon be up and running in Waterloo, with the opening of Innocente Brewing planned for later this spring.
Founded by Steven Innocente – an avid homebrewer who decided to end his two decade career as a cancer scientist to start up a brewery – Innocente Brewing will focus on hop-forward ales that will be available primarily on cask at pubs throughout Southern Ontario.
Innocente is currently putting finishing touches on the brewery, retail store and taproom at 283 Northfield Dr. E. in Waterloo, and hopes to be in operation by sometime in May.
