BAYSVILLE, ON – Lake of Bays Brewing has announced that Spark House Red Ale is now available in single-serve cans, meaning that all three of the brewery’s year round brands – or four, if you include the NHL Alumni Top Shelf Lager – are now being distributed in the format.
The 5% abv red ale is described as follows:
Pours with a deep copper, almost reddish-brown hue resembling teak, with an ivory-coloured foam that lingers nicely. The aromatics are all malt – caramel, toffee, roasted grains, darker breads like pumpernickel and rye, and a very slight note of smokiness. The flavours are roasted grain, nutty and toffee with that subtle smoky note. The mouth feel is dry and roasted with moderate bitterness and a well-balanced finish.
473 ml cans of Spark House Red Ale will be available in LCBO outlets across the province, retailing for $2.75 per can. It will also remain available in six packs of 341 ml bottles for those who prefer the glass format.
