VANKLEEK HILL, ON – Beau’s All Natural Brewing has announced the beer that launched the Wild Oats Series of one-off and experimental beers back in 2010 will be returning this week, with availability increased this time to include LCBO distribution.
Matt’s Sleepy Time Belgian Imperial Stout is an 8% abv strong stout that is described as follows:
Matt’s Sleepy Time is an imperial stout that has been fermented with Belgian Ale yeast, and aged on oak staves. Tastes of dark chocolate, coffee and vanilla are complemented with American hops and a true Belgian character in the finish.
Matt’s Sleepy Time will be released on Thursday May 1st via the Beau’s retail store and BYBO delivery service, retailing for $7.85 per 600 ml bottle. LCBO distribution will follow soon after, and it will also be available at select bars and restaurants in Ontario while supplies last.
